Srinagar, Oct 30 (KNS): International Forum for justice and Human Rights chairman Muhammad Ahsaan Untoo Sunday said that the remarks by chief Minister about being the only human rights defender is the biggest joke in the history of Jammu and Kashmir as she is leading the so called security apparatus which is involved in the heinous abuses of human rights only for last 3 months.
