Srinagar, Jul 20 (KNS): As the number of party leaders resigned from their basic membership since recent past, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and MLC Khursheed Aalam Saturday said that those leaving the party are treacherous.

Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Aalam said that PDP is Mehbooba Mufti and the party leaders leaving the party won’t have any impact in the party fold. “PDP is a wall and nobody can break it. Leaders resigning from the party don’t matter at all. “Only treacherous and self-centered people are leaving the party,” he said.

About the dissolution of Party Political Affairs Committee (PAC), Aalam said, “There was nothing new in it. It is the organizational matter.”

About leaders claiming that party president Mehbooba Mufti doesn’t take the leaders on board while taking any decision, Aalam said, “The party president always take all the leaders on board individually as well as jointly. However, president has a power to take all the decisions and the party men have to follow.” (KNS)
