Srinagar, Jan 03 (KNS): To commemorate martyrs of Sopore massacre (6 January 1993), on their 24th anniversary Tehreek-e-Hurriyat is organizing a public meeting in Sopore Chowk, on Friday 6th January 2017. Tehreek-e-Hurriyat leaders will address public rally in Sopore Chowk and after that the people will collectively visit to martyrs graveyard, where Fateh Khawni will be offered. It is to mention here that before the program Tehreek-e-Hurriyat leaders will address Friday congregation in Jamia Masjid Sopre. Meanwhile, Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir has condoled the demise of the mother of detained activist Ab. Majid Malla (Palhalan), who is languished in Kotbalwal since last six months. Meanwhile deputation comprising of Mohammad Yousuf Mujahid and Abdul Hamid Magray visited bereaved family, expressed their sympathy and solidarity and prayed for departed soul. (KNS)
