Srinagar, Jan 17 (KNS): On the direction of its chairman Tehreek-e Huriyat, Syed Ali Geelani a high level delegation led by Bashir Ahmad Qureshi visited martyr’s families in Pahalgam.
According to a statement issued to KNS, the deputation comprising of other members including Zahoor-ul-Haq Geelani, Adil Ahmad Dar, Bashir Ahmad, Irfan Ahmad, Mufeed-ul-Islam and Ab Ahad also visited Pahalgam and expressed their condolences with martyr’s families. They while paying visit to families of slain youth including, Adil Ahmad Rishi, Sheikh Abid Ahmad and Masood Ahmad Shah, payed heartfelt tributes to martyrs and said that these valiant sons of nation laid their precious lives for a sacred cause.
Bashir Ahmad while lashing at rulers in Delhi and their stooges in state said that, it is because of their arrogance that we are facing worst situation and our fundamental rights are being trampled with military might.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHailing sacrifices of these brave hearts, Bashir Ahmad Qureshi said that our youth never accepted hegemony of India and despite belonging to well-off families and highly educated, they are preferring to resent and resist the forced occupation of India.
He warned Delhi and its stooges and said that we are committed with our cause and no power on earth can deter us from pursuing the freedom struggle. He in his speech paid heartfelt tributes to slain youth and said that we are indebted to these youths and are duty bound to carry their mission to its logical end. (KNS)
