Rajouri September 05 (KNS):  The students delivered speeches on the life of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan and glorified the role of teachers in making and shaping their life, personality and Career. 

Small skits were presented by young students to highlight the teacher & students relationship and other academic interactions.  

On this day Dr. Mohd Haseeb Mughal, IPS, Dy. Inspector General of Police Rajouri-Poonch Range, Hqrs Rajouri alongwith staff of RPHQ Rajouri visited J&K Police Public School Rajouri to meet and greet the teachers of the PPS. They also interacted with the Students, Teachers and other staff members.
DIG Rajouri Poonch Hqrs Rajouri expressed his gratitude and thanked teaching community for their devotion and dedication they have displayed in their sacred profession. He urged teachers to allow creativity, inquisition and individual growth of students for appropriate learning experiences and independent thinking. 

He highlighted the role of the teachers in imparting courage to innovate, invent and develop social values in students.

He further asserted the teachers to adapt a holistic approach and modern techniques in imparting quality education to the students. He stressed upon inculcating punctuality, discipline and healthy habits in students so that they are shaped into better citizens of this Nation.

At the end he advised students to write a brief note on teacher days at their own and asked the Principal to forward the best ones to RPHQ for suitable rewards and appreciations.

At the conclusion, DIG presented teachers of the School with token awards and distributed sweets among students. (KNS)
