Langate, Jul 24 (KNS): Handwara Blues showed an extraordinary performance mainly with their bowling in their league match with Dodipora 11 at Sundergund Hangah Cricket Ground. 

Tauseef Bhat, 30, of Handwara Blues took 8 wickets against Doodipora 11 in all important league match. 

As per the Kashmir News Service (KNS) correspondent, after winning the toss Dodipora 11 opted to bat first and posted 75 runs on the scoreboard.

Apart from Abid Bashir and Umer Maqbool none of the batters could score in double digits.

Tauseef was received by the spectators with cheers and a huge round of applause for his bowling performance. 

While chasing the target Handwara Blues started with a scintillating performance when its batters hit the ball over the fence multiple times and finished the chase within 4 overs. 

Asif Ahmed from Handwara Blues scored 54 runs. 

For best performance in the match, Tauseef who took 8 wickets in his 3 overs was awarded man of the match. (KNS)
