Jammu, Jan 31 (KNS): CPI (M) leader and MLA Kulgam Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami express grief and sorrow over the demise of Gen (Retd) K V Krishna Rao, former Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.
“I was saddened to know the unfortunate demise of a general who apart from his other contributions as Chief of Indian Army served the people of Jammu & Kashmir in his capacity as Governor during critical and challenging period. I had opportunity to meet him often and found him deeply concerned about the sufferings of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
