Srinagar, Jun 17 (KNS) : CPI(M) leader Mohamad Yousuf Tarigami has congratulated a youth from south Kashmir's Kulgam district for scaling Mount Everest.

Twenty six-year-old Mahfooz Ilahi Hajam, a resident of the Kulgam district has become the first Kashmiri civilian to successfully scale world's highest peak Mount Everest.(KNS)
