Srinagar, Dec 17 (KNS): Expressing deep shock and grief over the killing of Sumo Driver Asif Iqbal in Kupwara, CPI (M) leader and MLA Kulgam has said that such incidents could have been avoided if the security forces would have exercised maximum restraint.

“Unfortunately no distinction is being made between the civilians and militants" CPI (M) leader said and demanded an immediate end to impunity by the security forces.
