Strongly condemning the killing of former police officer (Ex DySP) Bashir Ahmad Dar of Ashmuji village in Kulgam, senior CPI(M) leader and MLA Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami has termed the incident ‘heinous and barbaric act’ which should be condemned by one and all.
