Srinagar, Jan 07 (KNS): CPI (M) leader Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami on Friday expressed anguish over disallowing Mehbboba Mufti to visit her father’s graveyard on his death anniversary in Anantnag.

In a statement, issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Tarigami said that creating hurdles exposes the efficiency of administration that too when a daughter, a former CM was on way to her father’s graveyard to pay tributes to him on his death anniversary.

He said that creating hurdles during a Fatah Khawani exposes the administration itself and this is not how administration behaves. 

“The administration should not feel scared even on condolences. Barring Mehbooba Mufti and her workers from offering prayers at the graveyard of Late Mufti Mohammad Syed, speaks a lot,” he added. (KNS)
