Srinagar, Jan 09 (KNS): Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare, and Education Sakina Itoo on Friday said that the pressing challenge of substance abuse must be addressed as a paramount public health and social concern.
The Minister as per News Agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) issued this directive while presiding over a high-level conference at the Civil Secretariat.
She laid out a multi-faceted action plan to tackle the issue, indicating that the government will intensify outreach programs and strengthen guidance and support systems.
