Srinagar, Mar 18 (KNS): Commenting over the speech of Indian prime minister Narandra Modi in a conference organized by the “World Sufi Form” at New Delhi, Hurriyat (G) said that Islam is absolutely a religion of peace, love, affection and brotherhood but what had happened with the innocent people of Gujarat, Muzaffarnagar and other cities in India and what is happening in Jammu & Kashmir with the unarmed civilians of this unfortunate land is not permitted either by Islam or any other religion of the world and nor can the sweet lectures cover-up the atrocities and cruelties meted out with the minorities and lower caste people living in India.
Hurriyat Conference (G) said that fearing Almighty Allah, worshiping him by heart and doing extremely good deeds is although named by some people as “Tassawuf” (Mysticism) however dividing Islam in groups like ‘Sofi Islam’, ‘Wahabi Islam’, ‘Davebondy Islam’ and ‘Baralvi Islam” is a deep-rooted conspiracy of the imperialistic powers of the world which is aimed to implement the Divide and Rule policy on Muslims.
In a statement to KNS, Hurriyat (G) spokesman said that the said speech of Narandra Modi does not match the actions and deeds of his and his party which are totally contrary to that and the love, patience and tolerance about which he spoke at length in the said conference and infront of the Sofies is being eliminated at a very fast pace in India and this very country has become a mark of violence and intolerance.
In this country a person can be brutally and mercilessly killed on suspicious of eating the meat of a cow and it is not a big thing here to kill a pregnant women, cutoff her womb and then kill the unborn child too with the sword.
In this so called secular and democratic country, a historic and extremely important place of worship of Muslims, Babri Masjid is demolished and is replaced with a Mandir and in the name of “Ghar Wapsi” (Home Coming) the poor and needy people from minority communities are being forced to become Hindus.
Hurriyat (G) spokesman said that the Sofi personalities who were present in the said conference definitely can’t harm even an animal but by not speaking over the happenings in Gujarat, Muzaffarnagar, Assam and Kashmir and maintaining silence over the aggressive and brutal actions of RSS and Shiv Sena against the minorities particularly Muslims living in India, they have actually proven themselves as the creatures from any other planet (Aliens) and this silence has created a question mark over the organizing of this conference.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
When at a situation the fanatic ruling party of India and its Prime Minister is facing severe criticism and humiliation around the world due to the growing intolerance situation in the country, the said Sufi conference could be an attempt of damage control.
The spokesman said that Islam is a religion of nature and peace, love, patience and tolerance are its basic teachings however where Islam prohibits atrocities and oppression on the people, at the same time it terms the acceptance and tolerance of oppression as unnatural and illogical. Islam not only teaches to stop the oppressor from oppressing the people but also terms it as the religious obligation for every believer to fix all those people who are found of suppressing the weaker sections of the society.
Spokesman said that the religious scripture “Geeta” which Narandra Modi follow also teach to fight the oppression and Shri Krishan is seen instigating Shri Arjun and Pandwas to fight the evil and die for this.
Spokesman said that violence and terrorism has no place in Islam but to counter the resistance movements which are active in Kashmir, Palestine and other areas against the forced foreign occupations, the imperialistic powers of the world are using the word “Sufi Islam” in a planned manner and now India too has started to promote this system to hide its crimes against the humanity.
