Pattan 31 July: (KNS) A suspicious substance was detected and destroyed by a joint team of police and security forces on National highway in Pattan area of north Kashmir's Baramulla district on Monday morning.
Official Sources told the Kashmir News Service (KNS), that a joint team of Army's 29RR Pattan Police, detected a Suspicious Bag on the flyover in zangam on the Srinagar-Baramulla National highway.
Shortly after the detection of the suspicious object, he said that the traffic was halted and the movement of people was also restricted on either side.
The official said that the BDS destroyed the suspicious object without causing any harm and traffic was restored subsequently.
