Srinagar, Apr 12 (KNS): Dr Bashir A Veeri Ex MLC & senior leader of JKNC has expressed grief and is shocked about daily killing of innocent youth during anti militancy operations in every nook and corner of Kashmir which has send wrong signal among people in Kashmir who perceive it as "Genocide of community". Every passing day boys are joining militancy despite bloody anti militancy operation which reflects failure of present collation regime who have lost every moral right to rule the state. Security forces have been given free hand to kill innocent Kashmiris with impunity & within few days more than dozen innocent boys have been killed for none of their faults in Shopian & Khudwani area. Present rulers probably have resolved to replicate Syria in Kashmir. Two generations of Kashmir have already been consumed by the conflict & almost four wars have been fought by two bitter neighbours on the same issue & every passing year is complicating the situation to worse scenario. In such situation egos & vested interest has to give way to dialogue between real stakeholders from Kashmir, New Delhi and Islamabad. Situation will calm down not by body count but by talking & the sooner it is done the better it will be for all of us in subcontinent.

These unscrupulous elements want to remain in power as well as divide the society as long as it benefit them without realising the damage it causes to the fabric of society in the long run.
Terming few hundred Rohinga's living in miserable conditions in makeshift tents in Jammu purely a humanitarian issue. Supreme Court of India has also recently asked Gov't of India not to deport Rohinga's and issued directions by saying, "let's solve human problem first.
"Chief justice has demanded report about arrangements of basic facilities like water, hygiene, toilets and medical facilities being provided to them living in & around Delhi as well as in Haryana but communal organisation in Jammu are deliberately targeting them to stoke communal passion & sentiments.
Illogical demand by these organisation for their deportation must essentially be tied with similar demand vis a vis west Pakistani settlers living in Jammu. Law should be applied uniformly to all whereas the agitating organisation want intentional application of law which suits their vested and communal interest. (KNS)
