Terms killings of Kashmiri youth a well thought out plan of Forces in Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep 02 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir, People's Political Party (PPP), Chairman, Engineer Hilal Ahmad War condemned in strongest possible words the brutal and ruthless killings of Kashmiri youth by Indian Occupational forces. The occupational Forces of India have unleashed a reign of terror in Kashmir valley in particular and have converted whole Kashmir into a slaughter house and a graveyard of human rights.
War termed the killings of Kashmiri youth a well thought out plan of Indian Forces in Kashmir. The gruesome killings in the entire Kashmir by the Indian Forces are a glaring example of Indian Genocide Policy in Kashmir. Under the new strategy and a policy framed by Home Ministry of India, the genocide carried out by Indian occupational Forces, young school boys which is the fourth generation of Kashmir problem are targeted purposefully to deter the 4th generation of Kashmir to take the responsibilities of freedom movement.
He asked Government of India to read the writings on the wall and to stop genocide in Kashmir and find out peaceful ways and means for the resolution of Kashmir Dispute. He further said if the resolution of Kashmir is further delayed, the entire population of Kashmir will be constrained to go for an all out war.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe further said that Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and other draconian laws have given licence to men in Khaki to kill innocent Kashmiri youth at their will and choice. Mr. War said such tactics will not deter the resolve of oppressed Kashmiris but in fact will give boost the morale of the struggling people of Kashmir to increase the momentum of their struggle for Right to self-determination.
By creating war situation, India cannot bypass or kill Kashmir Problem. They have but to concede the right of self-determination of the people of Kashmir sooner or later. They cannot escape from this issue. It is better and wiser to concede the right of self-determination as early as possible. It appears that the Present Government is trying to create war situation. God forbid if such thing happens, then, entire subcontinent will have to face the horrors of a terrible nuclear war in which India will be the greatest sufferer. To create a congenial atmosphere for the resolution of Kashmir, the dialogue between the essential parties to the dispute is imperative and vital to maintain International Peace and security.
