Srinagar, Dec 11 (KNS): President Employees Joint Action Committee Abdul Qayoom Wani expressed his deep anguish over the statement issue by US President Donald Trump in which reads United States is accepting Jerusalem as the capital city of Israel.
In a statement issued to KNS, Wani said the statement has hurted the religious sentiments of millions of Muslims all over the world. Wani said it is unfortunate that the statement has come from the country which is claiming custodian of peace and world integrity but at the same time this irresponsible statement speaks volumes of seriousness of US in promoting peace and security in the world.

Wani said that the US president should not have spoken out this kind of statement which has not only hurted the religious sentiments of Muslim world but has put a question mark on the peace and security policies of America.
Wani said that the statement speaks the volumes of anti muslim policies of America. Wani also welcomed the stand of United nations organisation (UNO) on this issue.
Wani appealed all the muslim countries of the world to get united at this crucial juncture to protect the sacred place of Muslims. (KNS)
