Handwara, April 03 (KNS) : In a significant step towards strengthening professional policing and capacity building, SSP Handwara Shri Sahil Sarangal - IPS interacted with the Probationary Sub-Inspectors (PSIs) of Batch-2024 currently undergoing Job Practical Training (Phase-II) in Police District Handwara .
The interactive session was held at the Conference Hall of District Police Office (DPO) Handwara , where SSP Handwara reviewed the progress, performance, and overall learning experience of the probationers during their ongoing training.
During the session, SSP Handwara emphasized the importance of discipline, integrity, and public-centric policing. He highlighted that the foundation laid during the training period plays a pivotal role in shaping efficient, responsible, and professional police officers.
