Bandipora, March 25:(KNS) Senior Superintendent of Police Bandipora Mohammad Zahid on Thursday held an introductory meeting with the members of District Development Council.
Soon after taking charge as SSP Bandipora, Mohammad Zahid interacted with the members of the Council and discussed issues of public interest.
SSP Bandipora and Chairman DDC Abdul Gani Bhat called for closer coordination between the PRI members and the Police with regard to the eradication of Social Evils and other matters of social and public importance.
SSP Bandipora assured every possible support to the members of DDC for ensuring peaceful and crime free environment in the district.
Vice Chairperson DDC Bandipora Kounsar Shafeeq and other DDC members were also present on the occassion. (KNS)
