Srinagar 21 June (KNS): Acting on a specific input a police party of PP Qamarwari raided a gambling site at Qamarabad & arrested 06 gamblers, recovered stake money amounting to Rs 21480 & set of playing cards.

In this regard, a case FIR No.177/2021 U/S 13 Gambling Act has been registered at PS Parimpora & investigation taken up.

This is in continuation of efforts of Srinagar Police to curb the social evils in the city. General Public has applauded the timely Police action.(KNS)
