SRINAGAR, JUNE 10: (KNS)  On the directions of Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Culture and Languages (JKAACL), Rahul Pandey, a special vaccination drive was today conducted within the premises of JKAACL here.

Additional Secretary, JKAACL, Sajeev Rana said that the special drive was organised to inoculate frontline workers, artists and employees of the academy.

He said the drive continued full day so that maximum people could get vaccinated.

Meanwhile, noted singer Waheed Jeelani expressed gratitude to the Administration for organizing a vaccination camp at JKAACL. He said this special drive has provided an opportunity for artists to get vaccinated particularly those who lack awareness and are aged and could not get vaccinated till date due to certain reasons.

He said the drive was held to keep the community safe from deadly virus.(KNS)
