Srinagar, Jul 05 (KNS): Legislative Assembly today witnessed uproar as Opposition demanded that Speaker Kavinder Gupta should direct the DGP to file FIR against Imran Ansari for threatening Devender Rana of lynching him.
“Sir, if any untoward incidents happen with me, government and its minister will be responsible for that. You must direct the DGP to register FIR against the minister,” NC leader and MLA Devender Rana said in the Lower House when the proceedings began on debate on GST resolution.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
After uproar, Gupta apologized to the Opposition and the House for the remarks of the minister, Imran Ansari, who had said to Rana that he will lynch him. (KNS)
