Srinagar, Nov 01 (KNS): Union Minister of Highways and roads Nitin Gadkari said that Goi stands dedicated to providing Jammu and Kashmir with a superlative highway infrastructure, adding "The construction of Ramban Viaduct has successfully been completed".
