Srinagar, July 18 (KNS): Senior Congress leader and former union minister Prof Saifudin Soz Sunday met Governor N N Vohra here to discuss the prevailing unrest in the valley.
Soz told KNS that he discussed with the governor the overall situation obtaining in the state.
“Among other things, I requested the Governor that in addition to what the state government is doing for treatment of patients injured in recent firing, he may also advise the Union of India to get the patients needing urgent attention to be airlifted to Delhi or other hospital in the country,” Soz told KNS.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“Governor showed very deep concern and assured me that he would certainly do what the circumstances warrant him to do,” he added. (KNS)
