Kokernag February 18:(KNS)   Social Forestry Department  Anantnag  Organised Plantation Drive in Degree college kokernag, today  .
Sub Divisional Magistrate Ghulam Rasool Wani  koketnag was the chief guest of the function .

While talking with media He said plantation drive serves very important purpose in making barren land very green for the future generations.He appreciated efforts of Social Forestry Department for organising such plantation drives.

He urged Dfo Anantnag Social Forestry to  give  appreciation certificates to the Range Officer Kokernag and others for their encouragement .
DFO Anantnag social Forestry ,Shama  Ruhi said Department will organise more such plantation drives in Pahalgam and Anantnag too.
She thanked Principal Degree college Kokernag and  all guests , officials who made the this plantation drive successful .
