Srinagar, Apr 03 (KNS): Social activist Irfan Matoo on Friday commended the efforts taken up by J&K administration to defeat Covid-19 and appealed philanthropists to take care of needy and impoverished in current situation.

He assured that with the collective efforts, this deadly pandemic will be defeated soon and asked philanthropists to come forward in this crucial juncture and take care of needy and destitute in your surroundings.

Matoo while visiting Eidgah area provided several relief packets to poor and needy and ensured the sanitization of the area. He appealed needy people to approach him during tough times. (KNS)
