Srinagar, Apr 09 (KNS): In continuing with its anti-encroachment drives, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) on Monday cleared the pavements and road sides in order to ensure free flow of pedestrians’ movement and hassle free vehicular movement.
“The goods and articles displayed outside the shops in various areas including Hari Singh High Street, Jahangir Chowk,Dalgate,Lal Chowk were seized on spot,” officials said in a statement issued to KNS.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“The street vendors are requested to conduct their trade in already demarcated vending zones and vacate the public spaces otherwise their goods shall continuously be seized with the fine being imposed on them,” they said. (KNS)
