Srinagar, June 05 (KNS): A day after faculty members and doctors announced to boycott meetings with interim Director SKIMS, non-gazetted employees have questioned the medicos.
Non- Gazetted Employees Welfare Association spokesman said that the faculty and doctors in SKIMS should not hesitate in meeting with the incharge director.
“The doctors and faculty members are reluctant to meet and support the interim director as he would certainly question and bar them for private practice,” the employees association told KNS.

The faculty members and doctors questioned the IAS officer’s appointment, pointing out it is the violation of MCI guidelines.
“The doctors would not like to follow the guidelines and rules of MCI themselves. They violate all rules of medical practice and now question the government’s decision,” the employees said.
While welcoming the government’s move, the employees said that no doctor or faculty member in SKIMS follows biometric attendance system. (KNS)
