Srinagar Nov 5 (KNS): State Institute of Education Kashmir organized a two day State Level Science Exhibition under INSPIRE AWARD- 2015 in which students from across the state participated.
In a statement to KNS, SIEK said the participants displayed their exhibits on November 4 and 5.
The programme was inaugurated by the Joint Director Trainings/Principal SIE Muhammad Javaid on Wednesday.
It said that Director School Education Kashmir Dr. Shah Faesal was the chief guest on the Valedictory Function held on Thursday.
It said that Director applauded the innovative ideas of the students and urged upon the teachers and all stake holders to guide these students in such a way so that they can lead the nation in forthcoming technology revolution.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Zufa Iqbal from Presentation Convent Srinagar’s model, “Namada Machine ”, Sanna Hamid of Government High School Safakadal Srinagar’s model, “ Siever Automatic Manual” and Mukesh of High School Arina Jammu’s model, “Reusing of waste plastic”, were declared first, second and third respectively. Besides the three top positions, 12 more models were selected for the participation at National Level. (KNS)
