Srinagar, Nov 20 (KNS): The Meteorological Centre, Srinagar, on Wednesday issued the weather forecast and advisory for Jammu and Kashmir for the coming weeks.
According to the forecast, generally dry weather is expected across the union territory from November 20 to December 1. Between December 2 and 3, skies are likely to be generally cloudy in the afternoon, with a possibility of brief spells of very light snow over isolated higher reaches. From December 4 to 10, dry conditions are likely to prevail again across most areas.

Additionally, temperatures are likely to witness a further decline, with both maximum and minimum temperatures dropping by 1-2°C after November 22.
Residents have been advised to exercise caution while commuting during early mornings and late nights, especially in fog-affected areas. Authorities also urged people to stay updated with the latest weather information to mitigate any inconvenience caused by sudden changes in weather conditions.(KNS).
