Srinagar, Feb 27 (KNS): Paying glorious tributes to more than 50 people killed in Zakura and Batamaloo tragedies on their 27th anniversary, the incarcerated chairman of Democratic Freedom Party Shabir Ahmad Shah on Monday said we will never forget our martyrs.
In a statement issued to KNS, Shah said we remember all our martyrs of Gawkadal, Sopore, Bijbehara, Handwara, Kupwara, Kanikadal, Mash'ali Mohalla, Wandhama, and martyrs of other massacres. “We must not disrespect the sacrifices of our martyrs by supporting the killers of our people,” he said.

“The nations don't choose killers as their representatives. We have to boycott the pro-India elements who are responsible for our unending sufferings,” he said.
Shah said there was a Jalianwala Bagh massacre in India but Kashmiris have witnessed hundreds of Jalianwala Bagh massacres.
