Srinagar, Apr 05 (KNS): Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) on Tuesday paid tributes to late Advocate Muhammad Shafi Rangrez on his first death anniversary. He was party's district president Jammu.
As such, DFP organised a condolence meeting at its Budshah Colony, Sanat Nagar headquarters.
Remembering late Rangrez, the party members said the deceased has a great contribution towards the freedom struggle of Kashmir and has spent much time of his life in jails.

During the meeting, the contribution of pro-freedom leaders of Jammu province particularly Chenab and Pir Panjal was also hailed. The members offered prayers in favour of late Rangrez.
It was also decided that as per the wish of Shabir Ahmad Shah, a high level delegation will visit the deceased's residence in Doda and express solidarity with the bereaved family. (KNS)
