Srinagar September 20 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir People's Movement refuted the reports that Shah Faesal has withdrawn petition challenging reorganisation Bills in SC.
In a statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), General Secretary of the party refuted the claims that Shah Faesal has withdrawn his name only in petition in SC,
"it is baseless report by some news channels. Shah Faesal has only withdrawn his name from petitioners list not petition challenging Reorganization bill of J&K in SC. "
The rest five petitioners are Javid Ahmad, Shehla Rashid, Saif Ali Khan, Rohit Sharma and Dr M Hussain Padder , statement said.
Javid Ahmad further said that some media portals are running baseless news that Shah Faesal has withdrawn petition and "we refutes the news and people are requested to visit SC website to clear their confusions," he said (KNS)
