Srinagar, Nov 23 (KNS): The incarcerated Chairman Democratic Freedom Party Shabir Ahmad Shah has strongly condemned the sentencing of pro-Islamist Bangladeshi leaders to death by the Sheikh Hasina led government terming it 'a nasty act'.
Shah said the so-called judiciary sentenced the pro-Islamist opposition leaders to death at the behest of tyrant ruling government.
"In real terms, the control of the state affairs of Bangladesh is run by Indian communal forces who want to run the country as per their wishes and desires. That is why they want to clear the country of all pro-Islamist elements," Shah said in a statement to KNS.
Terming the Sheikh Hasina as a cruel and tyrant ruler Shah accused her of using judiciary to kill her political opponents and pro-Islamist leaders.
"Bangladesh is a colony of India and Sheikh Hasina is doing all this at the behest of India and to please the New Delhi," he said.
Shah paid tributes to the Jamat e Islami leaders Ahsan Muhammad Mujahid and Salahuddin Qadir who were hanged by the Hasina led government.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe also paid tributes to both martyrs and prayed in favor of them.
The DFP chairman while strongly condemning the attack on another Kashmiri truck driver said the communal frenzy is increasing in the state and these elements are working on an agenda to create communal tensions across the state.
He says the ruling party is directly responsible for these incidents.
Terming the attack as 'cowardly act', Shah said such incidents are intolerable. " We want to tell these so-called rulers, is it necessary to spill the blood of innocent people in order to remain in power."
He said such incidents are unfortunate and the outcome of the Indian slavery and called for uniting in real terms to overcome such threats and challenges.
Appealing the international human rights organisations to take notice of such incidents in valley, Shah said the innocent people are continuously being attacked and killed by the communal forces of Sangh Parivar.
Shah expressed solidarity with the injured person and prayed for his speedy recovery. (KNS)
