Srinagar, Jun 18 (KNS): Police and paramilitary force on Sunday deliberately targeted and fired pellets upon the brother and nephew of Senior Hurriyat leader and chairman Democratic Freedom Party Shabir Ahmad Shah near Bijbehara area in south Kashmir’s Islamabad district, spokesman told in a press statement.
According to party spokesperson, Syed Shah who is the brother of Shabir Shah and his son Arshid Shah were targeted by police and paramilitary force and fire several rounds of pellets on their vehicle while they were on way to Srinagar to Shabir Ahmad Shah and later for a medical checkup.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe duo have been shifted to hospital for the treatment, spokesman said. Meanwhile, the spokesperson has condemned the attack on brother of Shabir Shah and his son Arshid Shah. He also said, “These are the worst kind of human rights violations occurring continuously.” (KNS)
