 Pattan, June 18 (KNS): The North Kashmir Cultural Festival-2026, titled 'Shaam-e-Shafqat', was held at Zorawar Hall in Pattan on Thursday, showcasing the vibrant tapestry of India's rich cultural heritage. The event was jointly organized by the North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC), Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and the Indian Army.

 
The day-long cultural extravaganza brought together renowned artists from Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Manipur, and Odisha. The audience was treated to a kaleidoscope of mesmerizing folk dances, traditional music, and artistic expressions, each performance highlighting the regional uniqueness and depth of India's folk traditions.
