Srinagar, Sep 13 (KNS): After remaining suspended for two consecutive days, the traffic on 300 km long Srinagar-Jammu highway, the only road connecting Valley with rest of the country was Wednesday restored by the authorities.
Police officials informed that the Srinagar-Jammu highway was reopened for Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs).
The highway according to the officials was closed for the vehicular movement due to the massive landslides.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The officials informed that the commuters travelling from Jammu-Srinagar have been directed to cross Jawahar Tunnel by 3 pm.
They said that the decision for tomorrow’s schedule will be taken later today. (KNS)
