Several villages in Kishtwar lack basic amenities, alleges GM Soroori

Srinagar, Sep 01(KNS): Several villages in Kishtwar district are without basic facilities like proper road connectivity, and potable water supply, thereby making the villagers suffer immensely, alleged former minister GM soroori on Thursday. 


Talking to the Kashmir News service (KNS), the former minister after visited the areas said that the government has failed to address the problems of common masses in these remote villages. 

He said that the biggest problem here is the dilapidated condition of the roads. The roads here have not been repaired by the government for the last ten years, he said. 

"After 2019, the government has said that the development is being done in Jammu and Kashmir, but nothing seems to be happening on the ground," he said.(KNS).
