Srinagar 12 June(KNS): Several roads in Bemina area of Srinagar district are in a very bad conditions since the past many months now as locals allege that authorities have forgot to mecadamise them.

The roads which are in dilapidated condition include Iqbal Abad lane 4 Sector 7A and Friends lane in Bemina area of Srinagar, they said to Kashmir News Service.

They also said that these road were macadamised a decade before and are lying in Shambles but no attention is being given to the repeated requests of local residents.

The local said that they approached the concerned authorities several times with a plea to macadamize the road, but all in vain as nothing has been done in this regard.

“We want to bring it to the notice of concerned officials of R&B department to improve the condition of the road at the earliest so that we don’t have to suffer anymore,” they said.(KNS)
