Srinagar, May 04 (KNS): Terming the separate colonies for Kashmiri Pandits as conspiracy against the special status of Jammu and Kashmir, Chairman Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) Shabir Ahmad Shah on Wednesday strongly condemned the move saying this is unacceptable.
In a statement issued to KNS, Shah said we are not against the return of Kashmiri Pandits as they are the indigenous residents of this land but we want them to return to their respective places in the valley like they used to be in past.
“It is deep rooted conspiracy of RSS and BJP to settle the non-resident Kashmiris in the state under the garb of these separate colonies for Pandits. Such Israeli type settlements in J&K won’t be tolerated,” he said.
Terming the statement of Indian minister for internal affairs in Parliament as mischievous, Shah said we won’t let any conspiracy against the integrity and security of J&K, succeed at any cost.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
DFP chairman appealed the Kashmiri Pandits not to fall prey to the nefarious designs of the elements who want to exploit them and are bent to create communal disturbance in the state.
“Kashmiri history is witness that this place is an abode of communal harmony. There are some mischievous elements who want to harm this mutual brotherhood,” he said.
Shabir Ahmad Shah said PDP government would be wholly responsible if it lets BJP-RSS masters fulfill their agendas in J&K.
“Kashmiri people have to rise against such kind of conspiracies hatched against the state,” Shah said. (KNS)
