Srinagar, May 14(KNS): Former EJAC President and Civil Society Leader Qayoom wani on Thursday said instead of enacting laws for safety of Doctors , Mutual Love , Respect , Human attitude , Patience , Sense of belonging and Sense of responsibility from both sides will improve patient doctor relation .
