Srinagar June 2, (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Tariq Hameed Karra on Monday welcomed Senior Peoples' Conference leader alongwith dozens of workers into the Congress, hoping that they will work tirelessly to serve people to the best of their ability in their respective areas.

Senior Peoples' Conference Leader Mohd Yousuf Akash alongwith dozens of workers joined Congress Party in presence of JKPCC President Tariq Hameed Karra and other Senior leaders at Srinagar party office and expressed full faith and trust under pro people policies of Congress and the able leadership of Tariq Hameed Karra.

JKPCC President welcomed Akash and his workers into partyfold and congratulated them for joining Congress. Akash was presently holding the position as Secretary Srinagar Parliamentary Constituency in people’s Conference. On this occasion, Karra terms Akash’s joining a welcome step, urging the new entrants to serve people to the best of their ability, for the fact, Congress Party believes in serving and empowering people equally without any discrimination.

Senior Congress Leaders Surinder Singh Channi, Abdul Gani Khan, Nissar Ahmad Mundoo, Abid Imtiyaz Bhat (GSO) , Distt Presidents Irfan Naqib, Er.
