Srinagar, Mar 18 (KNS):President Lecturers Forum, Dr Manzoor has hailed the decision of top Brass of the Union territory of Jand K to hand over the reigns of the school Education department to Asghar Samoon who is laced with pro employee friendly approach and attitude.
State Convnor EJAC said that Samoon has proved his worth on multiple administrative positions he was entrusted with. He said that the teaching fraternity irrespective of the cadre had pinned high hopes on the son of the soil SAMOON who will put the balms on the wounded hopes, and bring cheer and smiles on the faces of the builders of nation.
State president lectures forum said that in the Gazette care of J and K, only the neglected lot is the lecturers fraternity, who were always treated as a step child.

Chairman SEECC made an sincere and fervent appeal to Dr.Samoon to ful fill the genuine and major concerns of the lecturers fraternity ,who are dejected, heartbroken, disappointed sad as their promotional prospectus are zero. He said that the situation has reached to the point where the qualified and talented youths do not opt this profession, which is highly detrimental for the future of the nation.
He said that now Samoon sahibs new assignment has undoubtedly ignited hopes among the lecturers community Dr.Manzoor said the committee already stands constituted who have the mandate to go through the genuine long pending demands of the community, and need is to materialize the same sooner rather than later, so as to restore the confidence of the community.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Dr.Manzoor said that it seems that it is the only part of the globe where the decisions taken on higher level that too from the top brass are thrown to winds, as, SAC has put the stamp of approval on Regularisation process of in charge cadre. But after the lapse of about one year, the process file has only gathered dust, which is a matter of grave
Concern Dr Manzoor said that I hope that Dr Asghar Samoon having high degree of administrative acumen and known for his quick disposal attribute, may direct the officials associated with the confirmation process to accelerate the momentum, so that the in charge cadre may heave a sigh of relief.
Dr.Manzoor said ,the irony of ironies is that major chunk of Districts, HSS, and Zones are without the heads, which has put the department on halt. Chairman SEECC said, for smooth functioning of the Education sector, the vacant slots shall be filled on top priority.He said that I am at a loss to understand that the strength of non teaching slots has remained constant from three decades, which has put a heavy workload on the existing strength.
