Budgam, Apr 03 (KNS) :Security Forces recovered arms and ammunition from forest area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Saturday. 

Official sources told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that based on credible input budgam Police along with 53 RR launched searches in the forest area of village Shanipora Khan saab Budgam today. 

During searches, incriminating material of proscribed outfit Lashker-e-Taiba & following Arms and Ammunition were recovered which were kept concealed in a bag beneath the bushes in the forest area 

The recovered items including 01 number of Chinese Pistol 9 MM, 01 number UBGL, 04 numbers of UBGL Rounds, 04 numbers of Pistol Magazines, 03 numbers of Radio Set Antina, 01 number of 09 Volt Battery, 03 numbers of 7.62mm Rounds, 98 numbers of 9 mm Rounds and 01 number of Bonnet Cover. 

Upon this case FIR Number  44/2021 under relevant sections of law stands has been registered at Police Station Khan saab and further investigation has been taken up.(KNS)
