Srinagar, May 8 (KNS): Police today said that it has made all the security arrangements for the reopening of Civil Secretariat here after its closure in Jammu.
Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, Syed Javaid Mujtaba Gilani said that the police is prepared to ensure smooth reopening of the secretariat tomorrow.
“All security arrangement have been made, and the civil secretariat will reopen smoothly tomorrow,” Gilani told KNS.

He said that 500 policemen from executive police will be deployed for regulation of traffic movement.
“Violation of traffic rules will not be tolerated as policemen will monitor and check traffic movement at vital junctions,” he said.
The IGP appealed to the traffickers to cooperate with the police and follow traffic rules so that traffic jams do not occur. (KNS)
