Srinagar, May 29 (KNS): In continuous to the special demolition drive conducted & carried out by the enforcement wing of Srinagar Development Authority at various places in Bemina Opposite JVC Hospital on the encroachers/Violators of the said area has illegally un-authorizedly occupied the spaces on the road side, drains and foot paths, concrete slabs were installed on the entire drains of the colony during the drive. The illegally occupied land on the road side has been restored and all the hurdles were removed for the free movement.

The SDA has informed the people living in its jurisdiction not to indulge in any illegal construction.
The plot holders of the entire Bemina area through the medium of this press release are informed to restore the illegal strips of land under their possession within a period of one week failing which necessary action for restoration of illegal strip of land shall be carried out by the department at their risk & cost.
