Srinagar, Nov 09 (KNS): The Srinagar Development Authority is continuation to the demolition drive in various areas of SDA jurisdiction carried out a demolition drive in Bemina Colony and retrieved the SDA land encroached by private party the Enforcement team along with the Estates Wing of SDA sealed one commercial structure illegally raised at Baghwanpora Noorbagh.

General Public is advised not to indulge in any illegal/un-authorized construction whether Residential or commercial without obtaining proper Building Permission from SDA. Any structure raised without obtaining Building Permission or land use or violation of Building Permission shall be directly sealed/demolished as per the provisions of COBA Act-1988.

The demolition drive was successfully executed as per the directions of Vice Chairman SDA Dr. Bashir Ahmad Lone (KAS) and in co-ordination with SHO, Police Station Safakadal. (KNS)
