Srinagar, Feb 13 (KNS): Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senior leader, Sartaj Madni on Wednesday expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of Grand Mufti, Mufti Bashir-ud-din Farouqi, who died on Tuesday morning.
Madni in a statement said issued to KNS said, “I am deeply pained over the demise of Grand Mufti.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel”
He added, “Moutul-Aalim Moutul-Aalam (Death of a religious scholar is tantamount to death of the world)” and highlighted his contribution in the field of Islamic Fiqah. (KNS)
