Srinagar, May 25 (KNS): Arresting 10th class student Burhan is totally undemocratic while keeping his view International Forum for Justice and Human Rights Chairman Muhammad Ahsan Untoo during his visit to Sarai Balla terming the encounter, baseless in which the two youths were martyred by armed forces in the Sarai Balla and these incidents are disregard of the international laws.
In a statement to KNS, Untoo said if the youths were hiding their along with weapons then cross firing should happen both sides but after seeing and research the condition of said, room there was bullet signs only in one side were the student youths were sleeping and one of the student was killed on spot and another was picked with them and was killed outside the house only to make this incident in a dramatic way if the students were along with weapons then there should be violations from both sides but the condition of room say not such storey police briefed in their statement.
While speaking with the owner of said house Widow Jana begum she briefed Untoo that her daughter namely Sabreena was going to marry next month and some gold ornaments which was in house was stolen by police during search operation the list of gold ornaments are as 12no pound, 18 no rings, 2no bangles, 3no gold chains and 1 no bracelet which costs about four lac above.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Untoo said instead of arresting these youths police killed them on spot only for their personal interests like greed of promotions, till date the police persons who were promoted were only promoted on bases of fake encounters and killing of innocent people which is worst kind of state barbarism.
Untoo said arresting of Burhan has raised a question why 10th class student has been kept in bars what was his sin we have illusions and doubts over Burhan detention and we have threat of his life there so we demand early release of Burhan and recovery of gold we also demand to investigate the probe of this encounter by international court of justice.
