Srinagar, May 25 (KNS): A spontaneous shutdown is being observed in Sarai Bala area of Srinagar on the second consecutive day on Wednesday against the killing of two militants who were killed in a brief encounter by security forces here on late Monday evening.

The brief encounter started hours after three policemen including an Assistant sub-Inspector, were killed in two separate militant attacks in Srinagar. (KNS)
